What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Please allow all orders 48hrs. to process.
Orders are made within 48hrs. of being processed and shipped within 10 business days typically sooner.
Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment.
Most orders are shipped using FedEx (USA). (Intl.) May depend on country.
Why does it take so long to ship my apparel? That is not the Brooklyn Way!
We are working on this. You are truly unique so we try our best to focus on every single order placed with that in mind. Do not sweat it, WE WILL HAVE EXPRESS SHIPPING VERY SOON.
Customers have the ability to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order if, and only if, the order has not been processed or shipped by Brooklyn Riot LLC. If a customer decides to cancel their order within the allotted 24 hours, Brooklyn Riot LLC will cancel the order and refund 100% of their order. Since credit cards are charged at the time of checkout, the cancellation of the order may include refunding the amount to the customers credit card, which will be appear on the customers credit card statement within one billing period, as required by law. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the order is no longer subject to the Cancellation Policy and will have to comply with the Return & Exchange Policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
New merchandise may be returned for exchange OR store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Returns/exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee (with a minimum fee of $6)
Customers must pay all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
All returns & exchanges require a Return Authorization from Brooklyn Riot LLC before you send the item(s) back.
We do NOT refund shipping charges. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns & Exchanges may take up to 10 days to process from the date the merchandise was received by Brooklyn Riot LLC.
If a customer refuses delivery of a package Brooklyn Riot LLC reserves the right to charge to the customer any fees incurred.
All merchandise must be returned to Brooklyn Riot LLC in the original packaging.
Apparel & Accessories (including handbags): All items must be unused, unopened and include the original packaging with tags attached. Once an item has been worn and/or washed, it CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
International Customs Duties
International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Brooklyn Riot LLC. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
